When to Get Out of the Truck

To the two and three truck service company owner, knowing when to leave the truck and make the transition to a full-time sales or administrative position may be difficult. On the one hand, if you’re in the field doing the work, you know it’s getting done and you know what your company is bringing in. Office and administrative work may not be your strong points, they’re not what inspired you to grow your own business in the first place – but if your in the truck and not the company driver’s seat, who’s going to lead the business to success?
